Job Summary
Assistant Resident Engineer - Structure for a Roads and Highways project based in Kuchlak, Balochistan. Supervises structural works on highways, bridges and related structures; reviews and approves designs, ensures compliance with specifications and quality standards; prepares and submits progress reports; coordinates with stakeholders and authorities; resolves on-site technical issues to maintain timelines and quality. Experience in a consultancy environment with a track record of building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 12 years of overall professional experience
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience supervising highways projects in the role of ARE Structure
- Good knowledge of structural design standards and quality control procedures
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Masters in Structural Engineering or related discipline (preferred)
