Assistant Resident Engineer – Civil Cables

Lead and supervise the construction of underground high-voltage cable infrastructure projects, coordinating on-site activities among client, contractor and supervision teams. Ensure works are executed per approved drawings and specifications with strict QA/QC and HSE compliance. Review and approve contractor submissions (method statements, shop drawings, material submittals); conduct regular site inspections; monitor progress, schedule, and budget; oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover. Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and utility teams to ensure seamless integration of cable systems; lead site meetings and communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans. Strong leadership and communication skills with proven ability to manage teams, stakeholders, and project documentation.
