Assistant Resident Care Director

Assistant Resident Care Director (ARCD) leads with compassion to supervise the Assisted Living department and partner with the Resident Care Director to ensure high-quality resident care. Responsibilities include supervising care staff, assisting with resident assessments and service plan development, promoting resident wellness, safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with Sales & Marketing during move-ins, maintaining communication with residents and families, assisting with scheduling, staffing, training, and departmental operations, monitoring budget and purchasing processes, participating in resident care activities and clinical oversight, and fostering a positive, resident-focused environment across the community.
