Job Summary
Join Aurecon as an Assistant Resident Building Services Inspector within the Hong Kong Buildings business where you will assist in supervising building services work, monitoring labor resources, and conducting inspections of installations. You will be integral to ensuring compliance with contracts, maintaining site records, and liaising with various stakeholders. A minimum of 4 years of site experience in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering and a relevant certificate are required. Effective communication skills in English and Cantonese are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate or above in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years related site experience in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering, preferably with working experience in the capacity of Assistant Building Services Inspector
- Effective communication in both English and Cantonese
- Interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and/or experience in Statutory authority and public utilities regulations, requirements, inspections and handover practice
