Assistant Residence Supervisor - Staten Island

Supervise the day-to-day operations of residences, ensuring safety and sanitation, and maintain adequate support services (vendors, suppliers). Provide direct services to Individuals together with direct care staff; supervise Direct Care Counselors, Cook and Maintenance personnel, and ensure staff training. Manage the residence in the Supervisor's absence, participate in hiring events, administer performance evaluations for union staff, discipline and grievance processes, payroll, staffing coverage, emergency coverage, fire drills, and community inclusion activities. Coordinate with the Residence Supervisor to ensure proper staffing, budgeting, data collection, and coordination with IDT/Treatment plans, while fostering good community relations and ensuring compliance with program requirements.
