Assistant Residence Supervisor - Staten Island

Ensure safety and sanitation in residences while maintaining adequate vendor and support services. Supervise Direct Care Counselors, Cooks, and Maintenance personnel, approving vacations and managing payroll. Provide direct services to individuals and plan community inclusion activities, including a calendar for three weekly inclusions. Oversee staff training in treatment plans, kitchen duties, and hygiene, and resolve employee relations issues through conflict resolution and the grievance process. Manage Individual accounts, petty cash, and van logs while ensuring fire drills occur. Actively participate in individual conference meetings and treatment plans, and provide emergency coverage as needed.
