Job Summary
Assist the Residence Manager with daily operations of a community residence in Highland, NY, while leading and supporting a team of direct support professionals. Implement and enhance supports through the development of life plans to help individuals develop independent life skills and lead healthy, rewarding lives as active community members. Ensure all service provision aligns with OPWDD guidelines. Schedule includes weekends, day and evening hours, and some on-call responsibility with weekly shift coverage. Bachelor's degree and one year of supervisor experience are preferred.
