Job Summary
Conduct order placement, payment execution, and loan/deposit placement for Intermediaries and FO clients while maintaining accurate records of instructions and preferences. Handle incoming enquiries, create system-based reports, and organize client meetings including logistics and document preparation. Monitor maturity lists for deposits, loans, and trades, taking standard actions or seeking instructions as required. Support Relationship Managers in troubleshooting, investigations, and promoting e-channel usage, ensuring full adherence to compliance and legal guidelines. Escalate risks and issues to senior colleagues as a first line of defense. This role requires strong MS Office skills, fluency in English and other languages, and foundational knowledge of financial markets and regulatory environments.
Required Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of financial markets: structure, function and legal/regulatory environment as well as industry awareness
- Proven experience engaging with financial intermediaries, such as multi-family offices and/or wealth managers, ideally within a private banking or asset management environment
- Profound understanding of relevant products and services applicable to EAM clients, plus valuation principles
- Excellent organisational skills, able to work swiftly, independently within the Assistant RM scope and accurately even when under pressure
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance, impactful and high personal integrity and risk awareness/ethical mindset
- Very good MS Office skills
- Strong fluency in English (oral and written) and other languages according to the market requirement
