Job Summary
Assist Relationship Manager with trading and execution activities, acting as a key link between External Asset Managers, Relationship Managers, and internal trading/execution desks. Role combines client servicing with hands-on involvement in trading, execution, and broader banking activities, with emphasis on order handling and time-critical transactions. Interact frequently with EAMs to provide guidance on products, execution, and bank solutions. Responsibilities include managing client transactions across securities trading, FX, credit utilization, deposits, and payments; monitoring credit exposure, margin availability, and liquidity; coordinating with trading desks and internal stakeholders for timely processing; supporting loans, credit lines, deposits, FX, and payments; maintaining high-quality client data and documentation; and ensuring compliance with risk controls. Required background includes a banking apprenticeship or equivalent financial education, proficiency in English and German, and strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Banking apprenticeship or equivalent financial education
- Experience in a trading support, execution, or client servicing role
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate under pressure and manage risk in time-sensitive environments
