Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer customer service escalations and act as the administrative coordinator between Capital One and dealership customers. Manage and resolve outstanding dealer sales items, including agreements, product cancellations, title issues, and receivables, while providing high-touch concierge service via inbound and outbound communication. Cultivate positive relationships by educating customers on Auto Finance programs and collaborating cross-departmentally to solve funding and sales escalations. Support sales partners with business development by communicating opportunities and scheduling appointments. This role is part of the Dealer Sales Pod, focusing on ensuring an iconic dealer experience through consultative selling and proactive problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent certification
- In office 5 days a week for the first 90 day training period
- Potential to work up to 2 Saturdays a month with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off
- This role is expected to accept applications for a minimum of 5 business days
