Job Summary
Serve as the main point of contact for dealer customer service escalations and act as a support coordinator between Capital One and dealership customers. Manage and resolve outstanding dealer sales items including agreements, cancellations, title issues, and receivables while providing high-touch concierge service. Cultivate positive relationships through inbound and outbound communication, educate customers on Auto Finance programs, and collaborate cross-departmentally to solve funding and administrative escalations. Proactively set up Sales Pod members for effectiveness by mining for dealer pings and communicating business development opportunities. Available approximately three Saturdays monthly for inquiries, with in-office training for the first 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent certification
- Available ~3 Saturdays a month as needed to cover dealer inquiries and escalations with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off
- In office 5 days a week for the first 90 day training period
- Potential to work up to 2 Sundays a month with Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday off
- This role is expected to accept applications for a minimum of 5 business days
Desired Qualifications

- 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience
