Job Summary
Provide support to Relationship Managers in servicing clients, focusing on sustainable long-term client relationships, built on trust and mutual respect. Deliver high-quality client and account administration services with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, onboarding, and appropriate documentation of client interactions. Identify portfolio opportunities, assist with client transactions, and contribute to marketing events. Requires fluent English and Mandarin, extensive banking experience (particularly Private Banking), and the ability to train new ARM teammates while maintaining professional conduct and regulatory training. Based in Hong Kong, with a strong emphasis on governance, suitability, and ongoing client servicing.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years working experience in Banking/Financial industry including 7 years working in Private Banking sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Strong ability to multitask with speed and accuracy
- Outgoing, direct, strong and very independent personality
- Fluent English and Mandarin is a must
- Diploma holder or above in a business-related discipline
- Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Subject to Mandatory Reference Checking (MRC) Scheme
