Job Summary
Assist Relationship Managers in delivering high-quality private banking service and strengthening long-term client relationships. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries and day-to-day matters with discretion, managing client-related tasks (account opening support, documentation, pending cases, compliance coordination), preparing and following up on client and acquisition meetings with briefing notes and materials, processing client instructions across securities, FX, derivatives and payments with timely execution, and maintaining organized client data and documentation with confidentiality and compliance. Role requires strong client servicing mindset, precise and structured working style, ability to work independently, and familiarity with regulatory requirements (MiFID, AML). Skills in using standard Office tools; experience with Avaloq/e-banking tools and openness to AI-supported workflows are advantageous. Fluency in German and good English, strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, and a proactive, service-oriented presence are expected. Required Qualifications
- Completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent commercial education with relevant experience in the banking environment
