Job Summary
Assistant Regional Manager responsible for overseeing spa operations at Montclair and Hoboken locations, travel between sites, and weekend availability. Leads and reinforces exceptional guest service, supports marketing initiatives, forecasts revenue, manages labor costs and expenses, reviews operational reports, handles scheduling challenges and payroll, coordinates training and onboarding, recruits candidates, ensures health and safety compliance, and drives performance toward departmental objectives. Requires leadership in both locations, inventory control, and ongoing staff development within a luxury spa environment.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred 2+ years of management experience in a spa, retail, hospitality, or cosmetics environment
- Strong experience in guest relations and team leadership
- Skills include administration, organization, communication, retail management, training, and computer proficiency
