Job Summary
Manage territory sales staff by recruiting, selecting, training, and mentoring employees to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales and service acquisition and retention quota objectives. Oversee Part Time Territory Training & Sales Managers (PT TTSMs) by coaching on customer referrals, scheduling installations, and ensuring compliance with time punch policies averaging 25-30 hours per week. Conduct onsite and in-depth customer training on caption telephone services while evaluating customer communications needs to propose appropriate ClearCaptions solutions. Create and monitor assigned territories, manage inventory of products and ancillary equipment, and administer reporting on territory results using Salesforce. Travel extensively up to 50% within the region and nationally for follow-up training and events. Work from a local home office with high-speed internet, utilizing MS Teams and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience managing and developing a team
- 1-2 years of service sales and / or sales management experience
- Must be able to demonstrate a minimum 1-2 years of consistently meeting quota
- Must be able to work from a local home office equipped with high-speed Internet
- Must be able to travel extensively (up to 50%) within assigned region
- Travel will also be to corporate and events nationally
- A four-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred (not required)

- Will include some overnight travel
- Proficient in MS Office
- Modern communication tools for virtual teams (i.e., MS Teams)
- Ability to communicate over the phone and in person effectively and clearly with individuals suffering from hearing loss
- Sitting, standing and walking (95-100%)
- Keyboarding (70-90%)
- Viewing computer monitor, tablet and cell phone requiring close vision (70-90%)
- Occasionally bend, crouch, reach, twist and grasp
- May lift or move boxes (up to 10 pounds)
- When interacting with customers in person, use of PPE is required
- Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without a current or future need for Visa sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Strong technical skills, along with an understanding of the Internet, firewalls, routers, modems, switches, and hubs
- Prior installation experience is desirable
- 1-2 years of experience managing and developing a team preferred (not required)
- A four-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred (not required)
