Job Summary
Oversee data integrity and coordination of all data for assigned developments across property-management software portals (OneSite, RealPage/OneSite, BI, RP Compliance); monitor data input by site staff for accuracy and timeliness; ensure lease-up processes stay on schedule; escalate data issues to Regional Manager or HR as needed; ensure recertification and compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and Section 8; generate and distribute operational reports to stakeholders; provide coaching and guidance to site-property managers; standardize procedures across properties; stay current on affordable housing regulations and software updates.
