Job Summary
Assistant Quantity Surveyor role focusing on cost management, procurement support, contract administration, and risk/value management within civil infrastructure projects across utilities, defence, aviation, energy, highways, and rail. Collaboration with client teams, contractors, and internal managers; responsible for validating contractor/supplier costs, preparing financial reports, maintaining project records, supporting procurement, administering various contract types, and contributing to value engineering. Requires active pursuit of RICS membership or equivalent and ideally a relevant degree; experience with NEC/ICC/FIDIC/JCT contracts preferred. Required Qualifications
- Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject
- Experience in civil infrastructure projects preferable
- Experience with common forms of UK Construction contracts such as NEC, ICC, FIDIC, or JCT preferable

- Security clearance may be required; residency in the UK of 5 years or longer may be needed
