Assistant Quality Manager

Drive continuous improvement through the development and implementation of Quality processes, systems, tools, and techniques. Recruit, interview, and hire Quality Engineers, OBA personnel, and Quality Analysts while coaching staff on the interviewing process. Define and implement a Quality strategy that aligns with campus strategic directions, manage succession plans, and establish clear measurable goals for individual and team performance. Monitor departmental costs, prepare timely forecasts, and analyze trends to improve value. Ensure 100% adherence to company policies, regulatory certifications such as ISO9000, and safety regulations. Provide weekly communication forums, mentor team members, and share best practices across Jabil facilities. Bachelor's degree and eight years of experience required.
