Assistant Quality Assurance

Job Summary
Conduct routine QC inspections of incoming materials, in-process manufacturing, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintain accurate quality records and reports while assisting in internal and external audits. Support the investigation and closure of product quality complaints and monitor service quality of external vendors such as pest control. Provide technical assistance to improve product quality and offer training on quality awareness and management. Assist in providing training to employees on quality awareness and management. Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in food science or quality related courses
- Knowledge in quality control process and food regulation
- Knowledge in HACCP/GMP or other quality management systems
- Proficiencies in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Teamwork and communication skills
