Conduct behavioural monitoring through observations, data gathering, and analysis to inform weekly clinical team meetings. Deliver neuropsychological assessments, produce findings, and maintain outcome measures against the annual schedule. Support individual service users with weekly meetings and specific activities while facilitating group work such as anger management and life skills. Write and maintain behavioural guidelines, present progress reports for review meetings, and train staff via induction and weekly tutorials. Liaise between the Clinical Lead, team, and wider staff regarding behaviour management programme implementation.
