Job Summary
Conduct behavioural monitoring through observations, data gathering, and analysis to inform weekly clinical team meetings. Deliver neuropsychological assessments, present findings, and support individual service users with weekly meetings and specific activities. Implement behavioural modification by writing and maintaining guidelines while facilitating group work such as anger management and life skills. Produce behavioural and emotional progress reports for review meetings and train wider staff teams via induction and weekly tutorials. Liaise between the Clinical Lead, Clinical Team, and wider staff regarding the implementation of the behaviour management programme.
Required Qualifications
- Upper Second Class Honors Degree (2:1) or higher in psychology or equivalent
- Eligibility for BPS (British Psychological Society) graduate registration
- Ability to present and teach others
- Ability to work independently and reliably
- Experience of working with adults with complex disabilities
