Job Summary
Part-time Assistant Dosing Monitor role supporting psychedelic clinical trials for depression, anxiety, and mood disorders. You will assist with onsite dosing sessions under supervision of the Lead Dosing Session Monitor, ensure participant safety, and maintain protocol adherence and data integrity per ICH-GCP. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team, site-specific and study training, and potential travel between regional sites (Watertown/Boston; Harlem/Bronx). Requires on-site availability three days per week and prior experience in a licensed mental healthcare setting; compensation includes training hours and working hours at an hourly rate.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience working for a licensed mental healthcare facility in Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, or Texas
- Experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, or other mood disorders
- Strong attention to detail for observation, documentation, and reporting of dosing sessions
- Adherence to ICH-GCP standards and protocol requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to meet fixed scheduling expectations (on-site three days per week)
