Assess patient physical status through interviews, health histories, and physical examinations for both inpatient and outpatient services. Formulate treatment plans, write prescriptions for medications and diagnostic studies, and evaluate care quality to recommend improvements. Share clinical expertise with personnel and document reports accurately and timely. Maintain compliance with all company policies and perform other duties as assigned. Provide full-time clinical services at UofL Health's Jewish Hospital and South Hospital, serving approximately 62,000 patients annually across high-acuity and community settings.
