Job Summary

Assistant Property Manager to support on-site operations, leasing, and resident relations for Woodruff Property Management Company. Responsibilities include assisting the Property Manager with daily operations, handling leasing and marketing to attract residents, conducting walkthroughs of ready units to meet move-in standards, developing and maintaining a resident relations program, preparing leasing/renewal/delinquency reports, accepting and posting rents, ensuring marketing materials are current, maintaining monthly commission records, distributing notices, representing the company professionally, and performing additional duties. Requires strong leasing background, exceptional customer service, marketing, and administrative skills, availability for weekends/holidays, reliable transportation, ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and a valid driver’s license. Travel between properties may be required.,

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of property management experience with a strong leasing background
  • Exceptional customer service, marketing, and administrative skills
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Strong dependability and organizational skills
  • Must have reliable personal transportation to support property needs
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver’s license with a clear Motor Vehicle Record
