Job Summary
Assistant Property Manager needed to provide front-line resident services, lease processing, and proactive leasing support on a busy multifamily property. Responsibilities include answering internet leads and phone calls, scheduling tours, processing leasing applications and paperwork, handling security deposits, guiding residents through renewals and move-outs, coordinating with maintenance, hosting resident events, and delivering exceptional customer service. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, adaptability, initiative, and team spirit. On-the-job training is provided; prior property management is a plus but not required if there is solid management experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality. Schedule: Weekdays 9-6, Saturdays 9-5, Sundays off, with some outside-hours support for events. Location: Bexley at Anderson Mill, Cedar Park, TX with potential Austin-area postings; compensation starts at $23/hour plus quarterly bonuses and a sign-on bonus. Equal Opportunity Employer.
