Job Summary
Assistant Property Manager at Waterford Pines Apartments in Waterford Township, MI. Responsible for assisting with leasing, renewals, and resident retention. Requires 2+ years of multifamily housing leasing experience, experience with lease renewals, and familiarity with Yardi (preferred). Must be able to pass a soft credit review. Competitive compensation includes $21/hour plus commission potential up to $100 per renewal and per rental, plus comprehensive benefits. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; location: Waterford Pines Apartments, Waterford, MI.
