Job Summary
Manage property operations by assisting the Property Manager with budget development, monthly operating reports, and tenant billings. Supervise vendors and maintenance staff while performing regular inspections and recommending necessary alterations. Coordinate tenant improvements, process property payables, and execute day-to-day operational procedures to maintain property value. Resolve tenant problems promptly, conduct training meetings, and prepare service and construction agreements. Track Energy Star data, administer leases, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and policies. Represent the Property Manager's authority accurately and maintain current tenant insurance certificates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a Human Resource Management related discipline
- Possess Real Estate License where required by state law
- A minimum 3 years of property management experience, preferably in commercial /Class A Office management
- Must have intermediate to advanced MS 365 Word, Excel and Outlook proficiencies
- Angus and accounting software such as MRI, Yard or CTI preferred proficiencies
- Ability to keep information strictly confidential
- Strong desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
- Must be able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and a continually heavy workload
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Working on-site
