Job Summary
Maintain accurate resident records, manage rent collections and delinquencies, and generate monthly 3-day notices inside apartments. File legal eviction cases through the Nationwide online portal, walk vacated units to assess final move-out charges, and process statements of deposit accounts. Handle resident inquiries and service requests promptly while conducting all business in accordance with Fair Housing and ADA laws. Perform monthly reviews of end-of-accounting reports and close the period process. Assist with leasing and marketing efforts. Requires 1+ years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software including OneSite and RealPage, and strong computer and communication skills. Compensation is $23.00/hour with generous commissions on new moves-ins and renewals, plus a delinquency bonus and team incentives for property performance.

- 1+ years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in property management software OneSite
- Proficiency in property management software Real Page
Desired Qualifications

- proficient knowledge of web–based property management software (RealPage products, OneSite, Applicant screening, DOC management and others – preferred)
