Job Summary
Assist with day-to-day operations at a Manhattan-area self-storage facility, focusing on customer service, rental activity, lease documentation, payments, and facility upkeep. Responsibilities include in-person and phone-based customer service, processing rentals and lease paperwork, following up on leads, daily walkthroughs and lock checks, maintaining cleanliness and safety, basic light maintenance, and accurate record-keeping. Growth potential toward property-management roles with a strong emphasis on reliability, detail orientation, and adherence to procedures. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or property operations
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, systems)
- Comfortable working independently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Willingness to perform cleaning and light maintenance duties
