Job Summary
Role focuses on supporting the Senior Property Manager in day-to-day operation of two student accommodation properties in Manchester, including leasing activities (inquiries, viewings, renewals, marketing), delivering exceptional customer service to residents, handling complaints, and ensuring health & safety compliance. Responsibilities include facilities/maintenance management, property inspections and contractor management, supporting student wellbeing and engagement, building relationships with residents and partners, managing check-in/check-out and room turnaround, and reporting risks and incidents. Required skills include strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities, customer service excellence, knowledge of facilities management and health & safety regulations for student accommodation, organizational and project management capabilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to work outside normal hours (move-in weekends, peak season). The role is full-time with standard Monday–Friday hours in Manchester, UK.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience within property management, facilities management, or related fields.
