Job Summary
As an Assistant Property Manager at Roers Companies in Apple Valley, MN, you will help fulfill the team’s mission of connecting residents to the community by actively soliciting occupancy, responding to inquiries and tours, leading property tours, promoting the property through advertising, assisting in training staff, leading rent collection for delinquent residents, and assisting in budget management to improve net operating income. You will also maintain accurate resident ledgers and files, conduct move-in/move-out inspections, and serve as acting Property Manager in their absence. The role requires strong customer engagement, sales capabilities, organizational skills, and a collaborative, integrity-driven approach to property operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in property management or leasing preferred
