Job Summary
Answer incoming calls, manage correspondence with residents and vendors, and schedule appointments for annual recertifications. Maintain accurate resident and facility files, process maintenance work orders via OneSite, and update resident information as needed. Serve as the first point of contact for residents, addressing concerns with empathy while communicating policies and updates. Assist with rent collection, track delinquencies, and prepare late notices. Ensure resident and property records comply with HUD and regulatory requirements, including preparing reports for audits. Collaborate with the Property Manager to resolve financial discrepancies and support team members in daily operations. This role requires 2 years of office experience, proficiency in OneSite and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with affordable housing programs.

- Property management experience
