Job Summary

Assist Property Manager with all areas of management for assigned open-air retail properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, collections, monthly reporting, annual budgeting, risk management, property improvements, contracts, insurance certificates, and coordination of vendor and tenant communications. Key duties include preparing quarterly reports and budgets, managing accounts receivable and payables, running and reviewing financial reports (Rent Rolls, AR, renewal options), maintaining real estate tax timing, processing vendor and tenant communications, coordinating tenant improvements and capital projects, and ensuring accurate invoicing and reconciliations. Requires strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property-management workflows. Knowledge of Deal Trac, Ebix, COIs, and Excel is preferred; customer-focused approach and ability to work with clients and vendors to support property performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree preferred
  • 3 years open air retail property management experience preferred
  • Experience in commercial property management
  • Must be customer focused
  • Be able to plan and competency using Microsoft Office, navigating the internet, and general use of personal computer
