Assistant Property Manager - ReNew Knollwood East

Assistant Property Manager role supporting daily operations, leasing, collections, and administrative functions under the Property Manager. Partner with the Property Manager to deliver a positive resident experience, maintain operational excellence, and assist with leasing, collections, and records. Responsibilities include processing rent payments and postings, handling past-due accounts and deposits, maintaining resident files, assisting with market surveys, managing move-ins/outs, conducting inspections, coordinating with maintenance and vendors, processing applications/renewals/move-out documentation, and providing professional customer service. Requires 2+ years of multifamily property management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency with MS Office and property-management systems (Yardi, Entrata, Celeri, EliseAI, Asana; SharePoint/ADP a bonus), and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and travel as needed.
