Job Summary
Assistant Property Manager responsible for daily financial operations of a rental community, including rent collection, posting payments, preparing deposits and financial reports; review invoices and vendor payments; manage resident files and delinquencies; process move outs; coordinate with maintenance to ensure resident requests are fulfilled; promote resident satisfaction and serve as onsite supervisor in the absence of the Property Manager; requires excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), experience with industry software (YARDI, One Site, etc.), and legal authorization to work in the United States; valid drivers license; high school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
