Job Summary
Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations of the assigned property, including administrative and financial tasks such as calculating and posting numerical data to keep financial records up to date. Help with leasing, marketing and resident relations, and support compliance with state and federal regulations to ensure smooth property operations.
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience in affordable housing management, property management or customer service experience.
- Position requires a minimum of High School or GED diploma
- Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with YARDI or Property Management software
- Certified Occupancy Specialist (Project-based Section 8 Housing)
- TDHCA Certified Low Income Housing Tax Credit Manager
- Texas Driver’s License
- Customer service in fast-paced environment
- Affordable housing or property management certifications
- Strong accounting/bookkeeping skills
- Leasing and resident relations experience
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (state and federal)
