Job Summary
Conduct rent collections, perform unit inspections, and manage upkeep for a 304-unit property in Carson, CA. Oversee resident relations, coordinate vendors and maintenance personnel, and service notices while marketing and leasing vacant units. Execute market surveys of comparable apartment rates to support leasing strategies. This full-time role requires 8:30 am to 5:30 pm hours with availability for one weekend day. Candidates must possess 2-4 years of property management experience, Yardi Voyager proficiency, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. Required Qualifications

- Experience overseeing vendors
