Job Summary
Coordinate leasing events, open houses, and resident tours while tracking inquiries and screening applications. Manage resident services programming, answer service operations, and lease renewals. Oversee security deposit administration, including unit inspections and refund processing. File court documents for evictions and mediate landlord-tenant disputes. Maintain property filing systems, process expenditures, and monitor market conditions affecting leasing. Maintain regular daily office hours with weekend and holiday coverage. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel between properties, and proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Excel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more year's experience in multi-family property management
- Requires a valid driver's license
- an insured vehicle

- Ability to work at property locations within or near transitional neighborhoods

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program and/or Hope 6 preferred
- Knowledge of HUD programs including but not limited to HOPE 6 and project-based Section 8
- Proficiency in Yardi preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
