Assistant Property Manager - Part Time

Job Summary
Greet customers, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns while supporting sales efforts and unit rentals. Process payments, update records, and assist with invoicing, deposits, and filing. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure grounds, restrooms, and units are clean, safe, and in good repair. Assist with minor maintenance tasks, monitor inventory, and respond promptly to security issues. Monitor occupancy, revenue, and retention metrics; prepare reports and follow up on delinquent accounts. Step in to cover the Property Manager during scheduled absences or high-volume periods. This part-time role requires 8-10 hours weekly with Saturday availability and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- High-school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours at a time
- Must maintain a professional appearance and project an outgoing, friendly demeanor
- Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions while meeting productivity standards
- Must maintain regular and punctual attendance in compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Saturday availability
- Flexibility to adjust hours within their schedule based on business needs, seasonal volume, or staffing coverage
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
