Job Summary
On-site Assistant Property Manager at Mercy Housing overseeing two San Francisco properties; responsibilities include entering resident accounts receivable, assisting with leasing from initial application to move-in, rent collection and deposits, maintaining resident records, responding to resident requests, and ensuring compliance with HUD/LIHTC regulatory requirements. Requires strong customer service mindset, knowledge of applicable housing laws, and familiarity with property management applications. LIHTC certification and experience in affordable housing strongly valued. This role may require working outside normal business hours to meet property needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years of experience in affordable housing
- LIHTC certification (preferred)
