Job Summary
Assistant Property Manager at Nxt Property Management (Magna, UT) supports daily operations and aims to achieve occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial goals for Oquirrh Hills Apartments. Responsibilities include following up with leasing leads, conducting apartment tours, assisting with leasing and resident retention, processing invoices, maintaining records, coordinating resident work orders, managing resident files, and supporting the Property Manager. Requires strong customer service, organizational, time-management, detail orientation, problem-solving, and independent initiative. Preferred qualifications include 12+ months in multifamily housing, supervisory experience, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, experience with sales and leasing techniques, familiarity with Yardi Property Management Software, and understanding of property financials and budgeting.
