Job Summary
Interview and screen prospective residents, process leases, and collect rent using Boston Post property management software. Purchase supplies, oversee vendor relationships, and monitor work orders while maintaining occupancy levels. Prepare warning letters, submit required reports, and maintain records in compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Requires 1-2 years of property management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in English
- Excellent problem solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- 1-2 years property management experience preferably with Tax Credit properties
- Prior experience in managing affordable housing complexes
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel for training purposes
- Knowledgeable regarding company policies, federal, state, and local laws, Tax Credit Section 42, and other rules that pertain to tenants
