Job Summary
Maintain compliance and daily operations by communicating with residents to ensure timely rent payments and lease adherence. Review resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid fees, communicate outstanding balances, and enforce lease terms. Tour community amenities and vacant apartments with prospects to explain specifications, vacancies, and rental rates while maintaining high customer service scores. Explain screening policies, lease paperwork, and move-in/out procedures to existing and prospective residents. Requires 1-2 years onsite leasing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. Salary range is $20.00–$22.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant
- Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing laws
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
