Job Summary
Maintain compliance and daily operations by communicating with residents to ensure on-time rent payment and lease adherence. Review resident files and accounting records to determine unpaid fees, communicate outstanding balances, and enforce lease terms. Tour community amenities and vacant apartments with prospects while explaining screening policies, lease paperwork, and move-in procedures. Ensure the highest level of customer service to obtain satisfactory survey scores from residents and prospects. Requires 1-2 years of onsite leasing experience, thorough knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant
- Competence in personal computer skills, keyboard, internet search, math, Microsoft Office Suite; including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Thorough understanding and application of Fair Housing laws
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
