Job Summary
Manage a team of leasing and maintenance professionals to oversee multifamily property operations, including leasing oversight, maintenance oversight, administrative functions, and operational reporting. Utilize AMSI and Entrata software to drive revenue, ensure competitive rental rates, and maintain accurate recordkeeping for timely rent collection. Engage directly with residents, employees, and vendors to resolve concerns and provide a stress-free rental experience, escalating issues promptly when necessary. This role requires full-time work during peak hours, including Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, with weekly closing shifts. Required Qualifications
- two-plus years of multifamily property management experience
- experience with multifamily property management software such as AMSI and Entrata
- keen eye for detail
- ability to engage in difficult conversations with employees and residents

- minimum of 1 year of experience supervising two or more employees
- Proficient computer skills, including using Microsoft Office products in an office environment
- Familiarity with general business and accounting concepts and practices
- ability to read, understand, and develop financial statements
- high-school graduate-level mathematical proficiency
- Valid driver's license
