Job Summary
Join TSA as an Assistant Property Manager to support resident relations and property management tasks at a multifamily residential property. Requires high school diploma, customer service experience, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required
- Customer Service experience required
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Section 8 and/or Tax Credit affordable housing programs
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws
- Proficient in speaking Spanish / Armenian
