Job Summary

Assist with the day-to-day operations of an affordable housing community, support leasing activities and resident move-ins, review resident files and income certifications, ensure compliance with affordable housing program requirements, promote lease renewals, manage rent collection and delinquency, maintain resident records in Yardi Voyager, assist with audits/inspections, coordinate with maintenance and resident services, conduct property inspections, attend meetings/trainings, and support coordination with Regional Property Supervisor to meet occupancy and operational goals while delivering strong resident service in a team-oriented environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in affordable housing, property management, leasing, or related housing program
  • Knowledge of affordable housing regulations, recertifications, and compliance processes preferred
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with diverse resident populations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive resident information professionally
  • Preferred Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with HUD, LIHTC, Tax Credit, Section 8, or other affordable housing programs
  • Yardi Voyager experience
