Job Summary
Assist the property manager in managing day-to-day operations, including resident satisfaction, retention, and full resident lifecycle activities. Collect rent, post payments, maintain accurate rent rolls, and process evictions and lease agreements. Inspect buildings for safety issues, audit files for administrative actions, and handle move-ins, move-outs, and renewals. Train staff on leasing, marketing, and office operations while composing routine correspondence and resolving resident problems. Comply with all applicable laws and company policies. Requires 2 years of property management experience, a valid driver's license, and availability Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.
Required Qualifications
- A strong customer service focus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ideally, 2 years' experience in property management
- Proficiency in creating content, generating business interest, enhancing product awareness, and expanding market reach
- Competence in using software applications and search engines to engage residents and prospects
- A high school diploma
- some college coursework
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as needed
- Valid Driver's License
