Job Summary
Lead all renewal program responsibilities by writing and delivering renewal letters 90 days prior to lease expirations and ensuring completion no later than 30 days prior to expiration. Maintain property management software by inputting daily activities such as move-ins, move-outs, notices to vacate, and resident transfers. Assist the Property Manager in the eviction process, manage application and screening for prospective residents, and maintain control over rent collections to keep delinquency below 1.0% of Gross Potential Income. Inspect move-out conditions to document charges before reconciling security deposits, perform leasing activities with the Leasing Consultant, and manage incoming resident requests and complaints. Collaborate on monthly marketing plans and generate reports on traffic and new leases. This role requires at least two years of residential property management experience and strong knowledge of fair housing laws.
Required Qualifications
- At least two (2) years of residential property management, hospitality, and/or community management experience
- Strong knowledge of fair housing laws and guidelines
- Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work well under pressure, emergencies, and time-sensitive situation
Desired Qualifications
- Openness and willingness to learn property management and customer relationship management software program(s)
- knowledge of and experience working with Entrata, Knock, or Onsite
