Job Summary
Grubb Properties is seeking a detail-oriented Multifamily Assistant Property Manager for Link Apartments® Mint Street, where the primary focus will be on resident relations, leasing assistance, property inspections, maintenance coordination, and financial management. Ideal candidates should have strong customer service skills and a background in multifamily property management.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of experience in Multifamily Property Management
- Prior experience working on Class A and/or Lease Up properties
- Prior knowledge working with Property Management software systems (e.g. Yardi, Blue Moon, Yeildstar)
- Strong leadership, training, supervision, and decision-making capabilities
- Pleasing personality and ability to work with residents
- Strong organizational skills
